We have had an experiment in self-government in the United States since before the American Revolution, we've had free citizens rather than subjects of the monarch.
Free citizens have been responsible for building the most prosperous country the world has ever know and for sharing that wealth around the world.
Now we are under attack from powerful forces who are snuffing out the grassroots, the voice of the common person, in business, politics, and most institutions.
