    This is a great meetup and venue. I particularly enjoyed the openness and casual style - it's like sitting on a couch and chatting with smart and successful business people.

    If you have an idea and want some critical feedback or just need a little inspiration to go with your hunch - make sure you attend.

    I have a few new ideas about customer service that I'll be bringing to light in May.
