Looks perfect to me, but is there anything you would change? Do you want to suggest any thing about working with communications with the digital world. When I was with the Bell Telephone System we had a series of trainings under the umbrella "Phone Power" with modules on using the telephone in sales, another on collection, another on appointment setting, etc. My co-worker at the time published a book that brought the Bell training together, he called it "Phone Power," what if this was the first of a series  "AI Power" ?
